Positioned on King Street, a quiet residential area in central Winterton is this two-bedroom seaside home. The two-storey house is an attractive and extended Victorian cottage providing bright and adaptable living space.

The plot is fronted by a large block paved driveway with space for a couple of cars. The side entrance is to a central hall, equipped with wainscot detailing. To the left is the kitchen, to the right the family bathroom, and at the end of the hallway is access to the open-plan living, dining room. There is an original open fire place that provides an obvious focal point for the room.

The kitchen has simple hand painted units, and wainscot walls, with white worktops and a stainless steel sink and mixer tap. The décor and finishes create a bright and inviting room, with many nautical and seaside references.

The two bedrooms are on the first floor of the building, they are accessed by an open staircase from the living room. Both bedrooms are aproached from the central landing, and each offers generous dimensions, with bedroom two currently arranged with twin beds.

The house has recently undergone a sympathetic renovation. The current owners paid particular attention to opening up the living space, and upgrading/modernising the accommodation. Works include new double-glazed windows and external doors, and a new oil fired heating boiler.
